Designing SaaS platforms requires an expert approach to UX design, combined with a deep understanding of user needs and data. These platforms must handle large volumes of data, cater to diverse user types and goals, and present information clearly at critical stages of the user
journey - all within a simple yet elegant interface.
Worked tightly with internal development teams to create unique, responsive interfaces for various key operational areas of the SaaS telematics system for WrightBus. We designed all UX and UI components, including an intuitive dashboard and detailed report screens, to provide users with clear, actionable insights.
