Fettle is a rapidly growing bike service and repair company based out of London, UK. Their previous (WIX) website provided Fettle with an initial platform to establish their brand online and take booking transactions for people wanting a bike repair or service in several London zones.
As business grew they expanded their operating workshops across London, but their WIX website soon became unfit for purpose. They needed a new platform to boost conversions of bookings online, help them raise capital investment and reach higher positions from the keywords their customers are using.
During summer 2021, Higher Ground propelled Fettle.cc forward online using a combination of technical SEO expertise, bespoke website development and conversion rate optimisation consulting. Delivering a website and marketing strategy that not only boosted conversions by over 400%, but also improved search engine rankings for high traffic volume keywords.
After a deep investigation of search engine data and a solid understanding of sales processes, our team of CRO, SEO and web development experts devised an 8 week timeline for delivery. The go-live date was critical to coincide with a huge crowdfunding marketing drive.
Our CRO & UX team designed a user flow and suite of landing pages that not only helped users transact quickly, but looked stylish and loaded quickly. Fettle also wanted a cutting edge CRM for their team to easily edit and add content.
The new site has been a tremendous success. Not only does it simply look great but more importantly, conversion rates increased by 400%. Their rich-content CMS website helped launch a huge Crowdfunding drive, plus search engine optimisation enabled Google to index Fettle in top 5 positions for high traffic keywords.
"Outstanding! One of the best ROI we’ve seen - I’m very pleased to report our conversion rates are up ~400% since we went live, and we’re not done yet. Would thoroughly recommend as one of the most effective marketing spends you can make."
